About the Role
Job Responsibilities
-As an Outpatient Clinician at Centered Counseling, PLLC, your responsibilities will include:
-Conducting screenings, intakes, diagnostic assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge paperwork
-Providing individual, couples, and family counseling sessions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals
-Collecting, analyzing, and tracking GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores to monitor client progress in anxiety and depression
-Offering supportive, client-centered guidance for those who wish to explore faith or spirituality as part of their healing journey
Requirements
We are looking for clinicians who:
Hold a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required)
Are independently licensed OR license-eligible and actively working toward independent licensure (required)
Have a broad knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment techniques (required)
Have internship or professional experience in an outpatient setting (preferred)
Are familiar with electronic medical records (EMR), telehealth platforms, Google Workspace, and email systems (preferred)
Are comfortable providing counseling to clients who wish to incorporate faith or spirituality as a supportive component in treatment
